Recently, human casualties and property damage caused by natural disasters have increased worldwide. Among these disasters, flood is affected season. Depending on the concentration of precipitation in summer, heavy rainfall can occur, thus resulting typhoons, floods, damage. To prevent such damages, appropriate measures research are being conducted response to disasters. When a flash occurs, safe evacuation be realized after detecting situation using announcements or laser indicators. However, route guidance systems typically used fire indoor environments, rendering them difficult access outdoors. Therefore, we herein propose an system based map API that recognizes occurrences forest areas, recreational forests, parks. It calculates delivers nearest shelter user; if there second problem moving it proceed, user’s current location identified next provided. This will help you evacuate safely.
